The Bright Spot’s floor plan is designed with flexibility and intention. Open co-working booths encourage collaboration, while privately leased offices provide a dedicated workspace for annual tenants. Throughout the space, a variety of seating options - desks, varying sized tables, and lounge areas - support different group sizes and work styles, creating an environment built for both productivity and connection.
