The Bright Spot has space available to rent for everything from private meetings to creative gatherings. With rooms that comfortably fit anywhere from 2-4 people up to groups of 28, you can choose the setting that suits your needs. The options are perfect for group training sessions, workshops, association or sports team meetings, book clubs or coaching sessions - you name it. Reserve a room for a couple of hours or book it for the whole day, weekdays between 8am - 6pm.

Small Conference Room - $75 / hr
Our small conference room comfortably accommodates up to 14 people and offers flexible seating to suit your meeting style. Choose between an oval-shaped conference table or classroom-style seating with tables arranged in pairs.
The room includes free Wi-Fi, a large screen TV and a whiteboard, along with free parking and access to our standard amenities, making it ideal for meetings, trainings, workshops, and presentations.

Our large conference room is perfect for bigger gatherings, seating 16 at the main conference table plus additional seating; for up to 34 total.
The space includes free Wi-Fi, a large screen TV for projecting and a whiteboard, plus a convenient countertop area for setting out food, drinks or supplies - and access to our standard amenities. Ideal for meetings, presentations, workshops or team events.

The Pit is a relaxed, creative space designed for up to 12 people, featuring a sectional couch and a round table that seats four.
